Where does Toronto GTA deliver?
We currently deliver to all regions within the Greater Toronto Area, including Downtown Toronto, North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, Mississauga, and Brampton.
How do you ensure food freshness during transit?
All perishable items are packed in temperature-controlled insulated bags with medical-grade ice packs to ensure your groceries stay fresh from our warehouse to your doorstep.
What is the order cutoff time for next-day delivery?
To receive your order the following day, please ensure your checkout is completed by 4:00 PM EST. Orders placed after this time will be scheduled for the day after.
What is your return policy for grocery items?
Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns on perishable goods. However, if an item arrives damaged or spoiled, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.
Do you offer contactless delivery?
Yes, all deliveries are contactless by default. Our drivers will leave your order at your front door or concierge and send a photo confirmation via SMS once the drop-off is complete.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Interac e-Transfer for wholesale orders.
